I don't have too many floaters in my vision, but sometimes I'll see black dots in my eyes for a split second, or a small white dot, and very rarely I will feel like there's something on my eyes, and will make my vision go slightly blurry in one, or both eyes. Here's the thing: it's only after I start wiping pretty hard, no blood ever shows up in the stool, and the outside of my anus always hurts when it bleeds. A lot of people will recommend special cleaners, best thing is still a good old cloth or kitchen towel slightly dampened, clean and then wipe with a fiber cloth.
